1. P.A.T. Board of Directors has the rights to review the program during the season.

2. All tuition and fees must be paid in full prior to the player participation in any P.A.T. event.

3. All alternates must provide P.A.T. Youth Hockey with written proof of registration with USA Hockey for that season.

4. Alternates will be placed by their ability, which will be determined by P.A.T. Youth Hockey’s coaches at that particular level, with the Board of Directors approval.

5. Alternates will be placed at the appropriate age level per USA Hockey guidelines.

6. Alternate players must be able to skate and compete at the level of placement.

7. Alternate players and parents must abide by P.A.T. Youth Hockey code of conduct. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal from the program.

8. Alternate players are welcome to attend all team practices and skills clinics throughout the season.

9. If more than one alternate is placed on a team, players will be selected on a rotating basis with all alternates given equal opportunity to play.

10. Alternates can be used for game play under the following circumstances

a. Only if a full time player cannot participate in the game

b. Regular season game

c. Scrimmages or tournaments (at the coaches discretion)

11. Alternate players cannot be used for game play under the following circumstances

a. All full time players are present for the game.

b. During playoffs

12. P.A.T. Youth Hockey has the rights to refuse any player to the alternate program.

13. The cost for the alternate program for the 09/10 season will be $300.00
