Financial report by the treasurer was good

PAT Comedy Night fundraiser was a great success. Many thanks to those that attended and volunteered to help.

Try out dates have been set for Mites, Squirts, Peewees and Bantams. Dates and times will be posted to the website soon.

PAT Director is creating a coaching evaluation for individual coaches.

Board discussed locations and dates for annual awards night banquet.

LTS Director needed for 2012/13 season.

Due to large turn out at LTS, more coaches are needed for 2012/13 LTS sessions.

Board positions for 2012/13 season discussed.

Scott Blanchard will be offering a summer program at Cushing Academy for Squirts, Peewees and Bantams. More details to come.

Coaches need to submit game sheets to Rob Templeton for goalie shutouts, hat tricks or playmakers in a game. These achievements will be eligible for a patch given out on awards night.

Robin Miller to take over Webmaster responsibilites going forward. Kim Haluska will take over online registrations.
